5420 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms between you as a user and the 5420 platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of the services provided. Continued use of this platform means you agree to all conditions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5420 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
The 5420 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5420 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify this requirement.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors without an account, registered users, and VIP members. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5420 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 5420 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 5420 platform, you agree to use all services provided solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You are prohibited from doing or attempting to do any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 5420.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or transaction.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or manipulation of financial transactions on the platform.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with any other individual without authorisation.
- Distributing harmful, threatening, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the 5420 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction from which they access it. 5420 makes no representation that the platform is suitable or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems, alter its source code, or disrupt normal platform operations is a serious offence that will result in immediate legal action and permanent account termination.
Users who violate any platform usage rules may be subject to action including written warnings, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, or forfeiture of account balance, depending on the severity of the breach.
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on the 5420 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. 5420 reserves the right to decline or withhold processing of any transaction suspected of involving fraud or an unauthorised payment method.
For deposits, the platform accepts popular local digital payment methods available in Malaysia. Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the platform and cannot be transferred directly to other users.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method. 5420 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review or compliance purposes without being obligated to provide detailed reasons.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be submitted to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable. For more information on how transaction data is handled, please refer to the platform privacy policy.

Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 5420 platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error at all times. 5420 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or external circumstances beyond the platform's control.
5420 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform. Users acknowledge that betting involves the risk of financial loss and that they are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
Regarding account termination or suspension, 5420 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a legitimate security concern. Where an account is closed at the user's own request (and not due to a breach), any remaining account balance will be refunded following the appropriate review.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 5420 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 5420 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The 5420 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes only. 5420 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to 5420 become the property of the platform and may be used without any obligation to compensate the user who submitted them.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
5420 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
If any material changes are made to these terms that significantly affect user rights, 5420 will endeavour to notify users via in-platform notifications or the email address registered to the relevant account. Notwithstanding this, it remains the user's responsibility to stay informed of the terms currently in force.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the process established under Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in resolving any dispute relating to the 5420 platform.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
